Many people wonder what happens to the data from a clinical trial once the project has ended. The CIB has become the home for many completed clinical trial data sets. We use innovative tools to anonymize and aggregate multiple data sets from different sources, into one harmonious ‘Big Data’ resource. PRO-ACT is a tool that has been used to map data sets to one common data structure, allowing users to aggregate data and convert it to a standard set of variables.
